Incomplete installation
- - Bought Bosch dishwasher on 05 Jan 26; installation on 07 Jan 26.
- - Descale for 1h33m per demo; machine shows E31 and leaks from side walls.
We purchased Bosch dishwasher on 05 Jan 26. The installation was scheduled on 07 Jan 26.
When the service centre person Mr Akash gave a demonstration, he told to keep the machine on for descaling purpose for 1 hour and 33 mins and left. The machine shutdown abruptly and got reset without completely a cycle. I have been calling customer care since then the machine is showing E31 error. The complaint was also lodged with ref.
number 627028****.
The water is leaking from side walls.
No one has visited to rectify the complaint of error Code E-31 so far.
Very poor response to say the least. One need to highlight this kind of customer service

My Refrigerator not working
- - Annanagar service center sent a technician.
- - Megamuthu attended last week, took faulty parts and Rs 500, and spares have not been delivered.
My fridge repair was attended to last week by one service person sent from the Annanagar service authorized center. He came, attended to it, and took away the faulty parts and Rs.
500 for replacing them. He has not yet brought the spares, and when called, he is not responding. His name is Mr. Megamuthu.
Can you please rectify this? Sorry for the inconvenience.

Raised my service request on 30-Sep-2025, and today it is 04-N0v-2025 and still my issue has not been resolved. Upon repeated calls to the customer care, they couldn't proceed towards fixing the issue rather than giving lame excuses like the service centre contact person is on leave, due to Diwali sales they couldn't concentrate on customer calls etc.
Just did an eye wash visit (without any spare parts to fix) and went. Haven't yet come and no any calls so far. My service request number is 657029****.
I wonder even many leading international brands when they come to India, they are very poor in service support and poor in product quality. Pathetic.

2.Fake Promises & Endless WaitingEvery time I emailed them asking for an inspection, they sent automated responses, claiming, You will be contacted soon.Reality? I have been waiting for 3-4 months, and I still get the same copy-paste response. No one ever contacts me! 3.Zero AccountabilityEven after multiple complaints, their representatives dont take action.They refuse to send a proper technician for a detailed check and just ignore the customers problem.
